Products installed by CDP Consulting Inc/BabyProofing Richmond are to be used as installed and as directed for their intended purpose of child safety in the home. Product abuse or customer alterations of any kind to the products or its original installation by CDP Consulting Inc/BabyProofing Richmond (aside from the recommended inspections, maintenance, and minimal adjustments of gate hardware as needed) releases CDP Consulting Inc/BabyProofing Richmond from any and all liability caused by their use. Standard consultation and maintenance fees will be applied for any requested adjustments or re-installation due to abnormal wear and tear or product abuse.

Product defectives are to brought to the attention of the manufacture when doable. Always retain the receipt and warranty booklet of products in question.
